• Engaging suicide loss survivors as part of prevention efforts

• Building an organizational infrastructure to support your postvention program

• Determining suicide loss survivor resources

• Identifying protocols

• Documenting procedures

• Developing a culture of self-compassion and self-care

• Volunteer recruitment and retention

• Training of staff and volunteers

• Role plays including in-person and phone interactions

• Ideas around fundraising, grant writing and donor relations

• Best practices around how to safely share about suicide to large and small audiences
